CPR & First Aid Certification
Two full days of professional safety training. Your teen leaves with an industry-recognized certification that parents specifically look for when hiring babysitters.
Kids-Friendly Craft Workshops
Teens learn creative, screen-free activities they can actually do with the kids they babysit — slime, paper crafts, art projects, and more.
Daily Outdoor Time (1–2 hrs)
Every single day includes outdoor activity time — because active, energized teens are better learners, and because getting kids outside is a core babysitting skill.
Scripts, Role-Play & Confidence
Practice pitching to parents, handling tough questions, managing misbehavior, and asking for payment — in a safe, supportive environment.
Money Mastery & Business Basics
How to set rates, track earnings, manage a budget, and use social media safely to attract clients. Teens leave with a plan to start earning.
